Plastic vent clips have a habit of working loose on stiff or thin vent blades, and a holder that keeps sliding down is worse than none at all. This Acefast mount fits with a hook clip that tightens and is fixed by a metal hook, so it stays clamped to the vent instead of resting on it.

That extra hardware is why it is the heavier of the two magnetic vent mounts at 66g, measuring 40 x 46 x 81mm in plastic, silicone, magnet and metal. The magnetic panel has a frosted silicone face that grips without slipping and will not mark the back of the phone, and the powerful magnet keeps hold over rough surfaces while still letting you lift the phone away in one movement.
