MODE 12-month warranty
Every MODE controller is covered for 12 months against faults in controller functionality under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental or physical damage
- Liquid damage
- General wear and tear
- Stick wear or stick drift caused by use
- Cosmetic wear
- Power or charging faults caused by damage, liquid or misuse
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair or tampering
A MODE warranty seal is fitted inside every controller. A removed, damaged or tampered seal may void a claim where there is evidence of third-party opening.
Where MODE customises a controller you already own, our work and the new components we fit are covered. Pre-existing faults and existing deterioration are not.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
